I could not be more pleased with my living experience here. It has made me find a new liking for this community and town. Any questions, concerns, or needs are promptly answered with understanding and resolution. I love how intentional Dawn is to create sustainable living for her tenants and I am hopeful to be apart of the new community here where my daughter is able to find friends to grow up with. Having a landlord who truly cares about the tenants and is passionate about creating a community is very special. The apartments themselves are bright, airy, and brand new. Simple, but purposeful. I have nothing but good things to say about living here. It’s also a positive to have a garage attached to our apartment with a private entrance!”

“I moved into this brand new apartment a few months ago and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The quality of the apartment, especially considering it is new construction, which is always a challenge, is exceptional. It is thoughtfully laid out-the kitchen dining room layout is my favorite, my huge closet is an amazing perk, and my own attached garage is a game changer. All for an extremely reasonable price! Dawn, the property manager is amazing-polite, super responsive and is always trying to do fun things with the tenants to make it more of a home than just an apartment. Biggest highlight for me is being able to have my dog, especially in such a high quality apartment, that is usually not the case in my experience. Suffice to say, I am thrilled about finding this apartment and would highly recommend to anyone!”
